Udeesha Dilanka, a Sri Lankan-born film director and producer, has a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for storytelling. After earning a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Interactive Media from Buckinghamshire New University in 2013, he began his career as a consumer product designer for major brands like Barbie, Ben 10, Disney, DC Comics, and Marvel, while also freelancing as a designer, editor, and director. In 2014, Udeesha relocated to Dubai for a role in advertising, but his aspirations in filmmaking led him to the United States, where he obtained a Master of Arts in Writing and Directing from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
 

Under his production banner, Udeesha Dilanka Films, he produced the short film Hooves, which was screened internationally at prestigious festivals like Fantasia and Screamfest. Udeesha is currently developing feature films and is working on adapting his epic fantasy novel into a live-action series. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
